10 Day Cleanse: Day 6



Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 6


Day 6:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake, Take Core Plex with Iron (3)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard-boiled egg and orange
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Chicken Vegetable Stir-fry
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with natural peanut butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5: Turkey Burger Lettuce wrap with tomato, avocado and salsa and homemade baked sweet potato fries and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Strawberries

Water intake- 101 oz

  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken salad with tomatoes and Annie’s Cowgirl Ranch
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Turkey Burger Lettuce wrap with tomato, avocado and homemade baked sweet potato fries and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6):Strawberries
  • Bedtime- Herbal Cleanse caplets

Water intake - 100 oz



Recipes:


Turkey Burger Lettuce wrap Serves 4

4 packs of Jennie-O turkey burger

Frozen green peppers and onion
4 large iceberg lettuce leaf
1 avocado
1 large tomato slice


Take four patties and mix together with frozen green peppers and onion then form 4 separate patties and cook low and slow either in a skillet or on the grill until cooked through. Put the lettuce leaf on a plate and put the cooked patty in the center. Add avocado and tomato slices and top with salsa.




Baked Sweet Potato Fries
1/2 cup coconut oil 
3 sweet potatoes, cut in strips

1/2 teaspoon paprika 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

 
Preheat the oven to 450F, Mix together black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and paprika in small bowl. Place sweet potato strips in plastic storage bag. Add coconut oil and spice mixture and toss.  Place on parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until desired texture
