10 Day Cleanse: Day 5



Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 5

Day 5:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Plain oatmeal with cranberries, Naked Power Garden juice, Take CorePlex with Iron (3)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard-boiled egg
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad topped with tuna, carrots, celery, tomatoes and sunflower seeds with Annie’s Organic Oil and Vinegar Dressing
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Grapefruit and strawberries
  • Pre-exercise: catalyst 10 minute prior
  • Exercise: 3.5 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Easy Sausage and Vegetable Foil Packs, recipe below and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Muscle Gain Shake

Water intake- 122 oz

Day 5:

  • Breakfast (Meal 1): 2 Turkey Bacon Egg Cups
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): hard boiled egg and strawberries
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Meatloaf, sweet potato with cinnamon and peas
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Mixed nuts
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Easy Sausage and Vegetable Foil Packs and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Peanuts
  • Bedtime- Herbal Cleanse caplets

Water intake - 85 oz


Recipes:


Easy Sausage and Vegetable Foil Packs

  • Yellow/Green/Red Pepper
  • Onion
  • Potato
  • Organic Chicken Sausage
  • Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 350. Seal peppers, potatoes, onion and sausage in aluminum foil pouch spray with olive oil (to keep from sticking), top with fresh pepper or herbs. Place in oven for 1 hour. You could also grill the foil packs until potatoes become soft.

  1. So you are supposed to grill the foil packet, AND put in the oven for an hour?

  4. You may have potatoes (any variety), its considered a complex carb. However if you are wanting to limit your carbs I would eat it for lunch so you have more of the day to burn it off.
