10 Day Cleanse: Day 4

Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 4

Day 4:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake, Take Core Plex with Iron (3)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar Raw
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken salad with carrots, celery, green peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes with Annie’s Organic Oil and Vinegar Dressing
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Homemade chicken vegetable stir fry with brown rice, recipe below and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade unsweetened applesauce
Water intake- 115 oz

Day 4:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Stove-top popcorn
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Grilled Chicken salad with green peppers, tomatoes with Annie’s Cowgril Ranch Dressing
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Orange
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Homemade chicken vegetable stir fry over brown rice and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade unsweetened applesauce
  • Bedtime- Herbal Cleanse caplets

Water intake - 96 oz

Recipes:
Chicken Vegetable Stir-fry
1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large bag of frozen stir fry veggies
1 tsp garlic
2 eggs
Bag of brown rice
3 tbsp organic liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute)


Start cooking the rice according to the directions, boil water for frozen stir fry veggies (follow directions on bag), saut√© chicken. Take eggs and fry in pan with chicken.  Once rice is finished cooking add to pan with chicken, add in cooked stir fry veggies.  Pour organic liquid aminos or the mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
