10 Day Cleanse: Day 3



Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 3

Day 3:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): 2 Turkey Bacon Egg cups topped with salsa, Take Core Plex with Iron (3)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Hard-boiled egg, handful of mixed nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Berry Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Celery and Natural peanut butter
  • Exercise: 2.5 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled Chicken salad with carrots, celery, green peppers, cucumber and tomato, with vinaigrette dressing and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Orange, stove-top popcorn
Water intake- 120 oz

Day 3:

  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with Natural Peanut Butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled Chicken salad with green pepper and tomatoes, with vinaigrette dressing and Omegaplex (2)
  • Bedtime- Herbal Cleanse caplets
Water intake - 96 oz
