10 Day Cleanse: Day 10

WOW! It's hard to believe that 10 days have gone by so quickly! We are both excited to weigh in tomorrow to see our progress, I know that my pants are definitely fitting better which is always a plus! Hopefully our journal of the last 10 days have been helpful! We did have a little treat tonight for my birthday with my family but its was a healthier version of cake :)  Remember to check back tomorrow for the winner of our giveaway!

Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 10

Day 10:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1):Strawberry Meal Replacement Shake, Take Core Plex with Iron (3)
  • Exercise: ran 4.5 miles
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Orange and cashews
  • Lunch (Meal 3):Two whole grain rice cakes topped with tuna 
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): skipped
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Shrimp Creole with brown rice, made by my momma, Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Pineapple Angel Food cake
Water intake -  118 oz


Advocare 10 Day Cleanse: Day 10


Day 10:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Probiotic
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): (3) over easy eggs
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Cashews
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salad with greek dressing
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Fruit Punch Spark
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Shrimp Creole with brown rice
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Pineapple Angel Food cake, Peanuts
Water intake - 92 oz
