10 Day Cleanse: Day 1

Kyle and I started the Advocare 10 Day Cleanse today!  We wanted to start the New Year right by getting back on track with living a healthier lifestyle! I am currently breastfeeding our son, so I am doing the cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms and Kyle is doing the regular cleanse.

Advocare 10 Day Cleanse for Breastfeeding Moms: Day 1

Day 1:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Probiotic Restore (1), Take Catalyst (3)
  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement Shake, Take Coreplex with Iron (3)
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple with Natural Peanut Butter
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salmon, diced tomatoes and small baked potato
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Catalyst
  • Exercise: 3.5 mile run
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Meatloaf, sweet potato with cinnamon, peas and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Muscle Gain Shake
Water intake- 153 oz
Dinner

Advocare 10 Day Cleanse: Day 1
Day 1:

  • Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink stir in 8 oz of water, drink quickly and follow with another 8oz water
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Mixed Nuts
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Salmon, small baked potato and carrots
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Apple with Natural Peanut Butter
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Meatloaf, sweet potato with cinnamon, peas and Omegaplex (2)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Muscle Gain Shake
  • Bedtime- Herbal Cleanse caplets
Water intake - 132 oz

Helpful hint: We have had quite a few people take the challenge and some have found it very helpful to break down their days in sandwich baggies.  That way if they are on the go they can just take the bag with them and they have all their products as well as the daily schedule.
