Spark Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Hey everyone! Here is another recipe for a great smoothie using Advocare Spark!


  • 1 Cup of frozen summer fruit blend (peaches, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 2 Tablespoons of plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 Packet of Mango Strawberry Spark
  • 1/2 Cup water

  1. What would you recommend for a substitute for the yogurt!?

    1. Hi Christine. I would recommend plain Greek yogurt as an alternate to regular yogurt, but only after the cleanse phase. Thanks!

    1. Mrs. Nina, because of the dairy in the yogurt, this is not recommended on the Cleanse phase of your challenge. You may use for your Max phase portion of the challenge. Thanks! :)
