- Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Mango Strawberry Spark, (1) ProBiotic and (3) Catalyst tablets.
- Pre-Breakfast: Fiber Drink (Stir in 8oz of water, and drink quickly and follow with another 8oz of water).
- Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake.
- Mid-Morning Snack (Meal 2): Cut up apple and natural peanut butter.
- Lunch (Meal 3): Mango Strawberry Spark 30 minutes before lunch. Cabbage soup.
- Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Orange.
- Dinner (Meal 5): Fish Fajitas (see recipe below) and (2) Omegaplex tablets.
- Evening Snack (Meal 6): Freshly homemade applesauce.
- At Bedtime- Herbal cleanse tablets with 8oz of water.
Day 3 water intake - 121oz
Feelings: 3 days into it, and it's going great. I don't feel much different than the first 2 days of the Cleanse. I did have to drink the extra Spark serving around lunch today to give me a boost to finish the second half of the day.
