Advocare 24 Day Challenge for Breastfeeding Mom's: Day 18



Day 18:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach) :  Fruit Punch Spark, Take Catalyst (3) Take (1) Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement shake, as well as the (2) OmegaPlex and (1) prenatal vitamin. 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar Raw and apple
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Banana Peanut Butter Refrigerator Oatmeal (I used agave nectar instead of honey), this was my first time trying this, it was pretty good I would probably just have regular oatmeal but it was something different!
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Homemade trail mix
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chili compliments of my momma
Feelings: Still feeling good, we were really busy today so I didn't feel like I had a lot of time to prepare any meals and found myself digging through the fridge to find something to eat quick.... its times like these that I am glad I keep healthy options to choose from or I would probably end up eating a bag of popcorn/pretzels as my meal.

  • Green Shamrock Shake- Peppermint extract, green food coloring and Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
  • Key Lime Pie- Lime Juice and Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
