Advocare 24 Day Challenge for Breastfeeding Mom's: Day 24

Day 24:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach): Fruit Punch Spark, Take Catalyst (3) Take (1) Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): 3 Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Pear
  • 3 catalyst 10 minutes before run
  • Exercise: 3.2 mile run
  • Lunch (Meal 3):Advobar Raw
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):Opps missed this one
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Chili's kids meal, grilled chicken and side salad, we did share the chips and salsa too 0:)
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): 3 catalyst before bed
Feelings: WOW! It has been an awesome experience the last 24 days and I am nervous/excited to weigh in tomorrow!! I am feeling great and very excited that I tried a new pair of jeans on tonight and was surprised at what size I was able to get into!! I hope that this blog was helpful for those of you currently on the 24 Day Challenge and for those of you who or getting ready to start are contemplating if the 24 Day Challenge is right for you!  Check back tomorrow for the final 24 Day Challenge update!
