Advocare 24 Day Challenge for Breastfeeding Mom's: Day 22

Day 22:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach) :  Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3) Take (1) Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement shake, as well as the (2) OmegaPlex and (1) prenatal vitamin. 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar Raw
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Leftover Chicken Veggie Bake
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Opps missed this one!
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Clean Beef Stroganoff over cauliflower, see recipe below
  • Catalyst 10 min prior to exercise
  • Exercise: 3 mile run
  • Snack (Meal 6): Muscle Gain
Feelings: Counting down the days till weigh in! I am excited but nervous to see how well I have done!  I know my clothes are feeling pretty loose so that is a good sign!  Saturday is my day 24 so I will be weighing in on Sunday morning!

Helpful Hint: 


Clean Beef Stroganoff

1 1/2 cups wide whole wheat noodles  ( I used cauliflower to cut down on the carbs)
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
1 tsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
9 oz beef tenderloin, trimmed of fat, cut into 1 inch pieces
6 shallots, chopped
1 1/2lbs brown or cremini mushrooms, chopped

Place all ingredients in stoneware or roaster and mix together.  Place in oven at 350 for 3-4 hours. You can top beef mixture on whole wheat noodles or cauliflower to cut down on carbs!
