Advocare 24 Day Challenge for Breastfeeding Mom's: Day 21



Day 21:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach) :  Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3) Take (1) Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Rehydrate
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Berry Meal Replacement shake, as well as the (2) OmegaPlex and (1) prenatal vitamin. 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Apple and 1/3 cup almonds
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Advobar
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Pear
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Panera Bread cup of Chicken Noodle Soup and ½ Asian Sesame Chicken Salad
Feelings: Feeling great, felt so good to get my run in!
