Advocare 24 Day Challenge for Breastfeeding Mom's: Day 20

Day 20:
  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach) :  Mango Strawberry Spark, Take Catalyst (3) Take (1) Probiotic Restore ULTRA
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement shake, as well as the (2) OmegaPlex and (1) prenatal vitamin. 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): Advobar Raw
  • Lunch (Meal 3): Leftover Chicken Veggie Bake over brown rice
  •  Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): Grapes and 1/3 cup almonds
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinegar
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Homemade popcorn with sea salt
Feelings: It has been a crazy last couple days, and I am excited to have the next two days off to re-group and get back on track with my exercising! Can’t believe I only have 4 more days left of the Challenge, excited to continue down the road of healthy living!

Helpful Hint:
During the 24 Day Challenge you are not supposed to have salad dressings, not even low fat dressings because they are full of sugar and artificial ingredients.  Here are some great options for salad dressings during the challenge.
