- Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach) : Fruit Punch Spark, Take Catalyst (3) Take (1) Probiotic Restore ULTRA
- Exercise: 4 mile run
- Breakfast (Meal 1): 2 slices of Ezekiel bread French toast, see below for recipe, and a banana as well as (2) OmegaPlex and (1) prenatal vitamin.
- Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): 1/3 cup almonds and an apple
- Lunch (Meal 3): Salmon, zucchini and tomatoes over brown rice
- Apple cider ( I had an incident after getting my flu shot and felt light-headed so I drank this)
- Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4): 10 pita chips, carrots and celery with hummus
- Dinner (Meal 5): Berry Meal Replacement Shake
- Evening Snack (Meal 6): 1/3 cup mixed nuts
Ezekiel bread French Toast-
- 3 slices of Cinnamon Raisin Ezekiel bread
- 3 egg whites
- ½ scoop of Muscle Gain
- Pinch of cinnamon
- A splash of Vanilla unsweetened Almond Milk
