Advocare 24 Day Challenge for Breastfeeding Mom's: Day 9

Day 9:

  • Immediately upon rising (On an empty stomach) :  Fruit Punch Spark, Take (1) Probiotic Restore ULTRA and drank the Fiber Drink (followed by a full glass of water) 
  • Breakfast (Meal 1): Chocolate Meal Replacement shake, as well as the 2 OmegaPlex and one prenatal vitamin. 
  • Mid Morning Snack (Meal 2): 1/3 cup sunflower seeds and a pear  
  • Lunch (Meal 3):   Clean Stuffed Green Peppers
  • Mid Afternoon Snack (Meal 4):  Advobar Raw
  • Catalyst 10 min before exercise
  • Exercise: 4 mile run
  • Drink Rehydrate
  • Dinner (Meal 5): Grilled Chicken salad with blueberries, strawberries and pineapples with balsamic vinegar, as well as (2) OmegaPlex.
  • Evening Snack (Meal 6): Muscle Gain shake

Helpful Hint:  Feeling hungry before your next snack/meal 2-3 hour time span? Try drinking 16 oz of water, eat another serving of vegetables or take 3 Catalyst.

Just remember being hungry IS NOT a negative!  It means your body is burning up calories and it needs to burn up more stored fat to use as energy!!!
