10 Day Advocare Cleanse 4/11- 4/20

I tried something new for the cleanse this time, I made my own food planner to help log what I have been eating.  It resembles the set-up of the 24 Day Challenge Guide provided by Advocare.  Provided below is my filled out 10 Day Cleanse and then an empty one for you to use!  I found this planner extremely helpful instead of trying to write in the margins of the the 24 Day Challenge Guide.  Also below is our weight loss results for the 10 Day Cleanse. I honestly condensed everything in one post this cleanse to save myself some time. Hopefully you find the planner beneficial! Happy Cleansing!!

Kyle lost 3lbs and Brittany lost 4.2 lbs.  At the end of the 24 Day Challenge we will update weight loss and measurements.

10 Day Cleanse Day 10 and Day 11 Weigh- In!

 Day 11: Weigh-In

We are actually remembering to update our progress from the 10 Day Challenge this time! We didn't end up taking before and after pictures but we did take before and after measurements! We were both happy with our results and love the way we feel after doing the cleanse!  Feeling lighter with more energy is always a plus!! Here are both of our results:

Recipe:

Meal Replacement Shake Popsicles

1 - 16 oz coconut or almond milk
1- package meal replacement shake  ( I used the Chocolate Peanut Butter) 
1tsp- Vanilla
2tblsp- honey
3tblspn- baking cocoa (can omit if using something other than chocolate)

Directions: Mix all ingredients into a bowl until smooth. Pour into popsicle mold. Place in freezer overnight.  


This is a PERFECT sweet tooth satisfier and the kids loved them too!
